I ordered this dress for my 10 year old.
She is 4'5" with very slight build and normally takes a size 10.
I used the size chart provided and using her measurements ordered a size 10.
The sizing was perfect. The dress is actually quite stretchy and would easily fit a bigger build,
however by ordering her exact size my daughter has a comfortable dress that looks beautiful on.
The fabric is sown beautifully, no stray stitches, or odd placement of folds, and the skirt flows perfectly.
The skirt is knee length on my daughter falling directly in the middle of her knee, not above or below.
I ordered the dress in red and it is as vibrant and true to the color it appears online.
The material is a polyester chiffon.
The straps, and tie back is very securely sown.
The flower pin is detachable, it is black/red, not differing shades of red as it appears in the picture.
The shawl is a nice touch.
The dress arrived in a (appropriate sized) shipping bag in perfect condition. It did not wrinkle.

I would recommend this dress to a friend.

I live in Canada and the broker cost was the same as the dress. I was told (by the delivery man) to order US post to save money on shipping in future.
