I purchased this from here because at a local hat store, they didn't have a medium and it was almost twice as much. The only downside to Amazon's description was that it stated one size fits all. When I was at the store, I saw an L that I wore which was a bit too large, so I took my chance and ordered it here. When it came, it stated M, which fits me perfectly. I'm not necessarily sure Amazon will continue to send out mediums, but that's what's I received. Love the hat!
