The dress is as beautiful as the picture. Will be used as a flower girl dress. My sister, the bride, was very happy with it. Decided to order through Amazon when dress company did not respond to my email asking about sizing. (I figured Amazon would handle a return much better if I ended up needing one.) Dress came without wrinkles but with a bad smell. It aired out in a few days, plenty of time before the wedding. Fit for the 2t was well. This dress is tea length and is not made to touch the ground. The flower is on a safety pin and can be moved. The dress color we ordered looked the same as the picture, a light lavendar color. We did not need the crinoline, perhaps because the 2t dress is less heavy than the larger sizes. Best part: the tag says made in the U.S.A!
