I love this dress. The bow shown on the shoulder is actually a part of the umbrella, not the dress. I like the look so much, I am going to sew a satin bow to the shoulder of the dress. My 8 year old daughter absolutely loves it. She keeps asking to wear it. I bought the dress in size 10 so it is a little large in the neck and chest area, so I would say it is pretty true to size. The dress is pictured with seven layers, but it only has six. Because of this, the dress is not as long as I expected, but it is still beautiful. I would like to know what that final layer is so I can buy it. Other than that, the dress is as pictured. The layers are a light tulle fabric, so they bounce and float as she walks.
