This dress is amazing. Great quality, I ordered a size 2 for my daughter and it fits her great in the chest and waist. It was a little long on her but that didnt bother me. It does need a petie skirt to make it full like the picture but that isnt needed. The flower and ribbon belt are removable so you would be able to add color accents if you chose. Over all i would recommend this dress to anyone who was looking for a high quality great looking dress on a budget.
