My sister ordered these cufflinks as a Christmas gift for my husband off of his "Amazon wish list". She had them delivered directly to our house since we hosted Christmas this year. Among the chaos of opening gifts, my husband was only able to find one of the cufflinks..don't know if the second one was thrown out with the wrapping paper or if the kids got a hold of it some how but it was lost. We searched the entire house and went through all the garbage to find the cufflink (only went through all this trouble because this was the one gift that my husband really wanted!!). After we were unable to find it, I sent Sven an email explaining the situation and asked him if I could purchase one cufflink since I didn't need both. He was fantastic, he responded promptly and said he would send us another one free of charge!! I was shocked and forwarded on his email to my husband and sister so they could see how great he was. He sent us not one but two cufflinks free of charge by priority mail. My husband loves the cufflinks and was thrilled to get them in time for his business trip to NY.
