I purchased it for my 4 year old daughter who was attending a wedding. This dress is dainty, yet elegant. It fits perfectly. The ruffles are adorable and add flare to the dress. I gave it 4 stars because (1) the dress does not come with a strug as mentioned, (2) this dress is ivory and not white, (3) and the belt is not attached to the dress. Which means you must constantly adjust it in place. I would still recommend this dress, it's very adorable.
