This is a cute dress. It is unfortunate the top part is so huge. Even if I had ordered a smaller size it wouldn't have made a difference. Even a camisole underneath isn't enough. The ribbon on the waist can NOT be tightened which is also unfortunate. The white skirt on bottom is well made, full, and very nice. Could have been such a great dress.
