This dress has beautiful colors, they are very vibrant. I did buy a size larger than normal for my daughter and it just fits her-and is shorter than expected. It sits above her ankles by a couple of inches. I expected that since I bought a size larger it would be longer, but it was not. She really likes Maxi dresses that rest on top of her feet so this was a little disappointing. Otherwise the dress is made well and very pretty.

(Just for height reference, we purchased a 7 and my daughter normally wears a 5/6 waist-she's 5 years old and this dress fell above her ankles by a couple of inches).

This is an absolutely stunning dress for a young lady. I purchased it for my 10 year old daughter's graduation. She is approximately 5 feet tall and pretty slim, I purchased a size 12. The dress, though beautiful, is far too short which is a pity. It fell above the knee - about mid thigh so there was absolutely nothing that we could do about it - letting out the hem certainly would not have helped. I am returning it for the size 16, so we'll see if that one is long enough. I am rating this item a 4 simply because of how beautiful the dress is, but size up.
